Free ground shipping is applied to purchases of $50 or more. Expedited shipping is an additional charge.

When will my products arrive?

Orders are processed within 12 hours of being placed. As soon as the product has shipped you will receive the shipping confirmation and tracking information. Most orders take 2-5 days to arrive after they have shipped. Your tracking information will have the most accurate status of your delivery, but you can check your order status through your account as well.
 
Shipping will be estimated at checkout where expedited or ground shipping can be chosen with estimated transit times.

How do I make changes to an order I already place?

We cannot make changes to an order that has already been placed as it has already begun to process through the shipping department. We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible and for this reason, the order cannot be changed after it has been placed. We can try our best to cancel your order and assist you with a reorder if you contact us within an hour of placing the order. It is not guaranteed but we will do our best to assist you.
